Pearls Before Swine: Maryland Jewelry Appraiser Helps Kiss-a-Pig Contest Raise Money for Boys & Girls Clubs of Harford County

Churchville, MD – Vincent Lash & Company join forces with 2011 Kiss-a-Pig contestant Chris Seling of Christopher Seling & Associates to raise funds for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Harford County.

The annual Kiss-a-Pig campaign pits community leaders in competition to seek tax-deductible donations that buy “votes” for the privilege of kissing the pig at this year’s Babe Ruth League Cal Ripken World Series in Aberdeen, Maryland.  The candidates with the greatest number of votes will ‘pucker up’ to kiss the pig on Saturday, August 13th.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Harford County make a critical difference every day by providing a healthy setting for recreation and by building self-esteem, confidence, and a sense of belonging. Each dollar donated equals one vote, and all funds raised will be used to support the youth development programs of Boys & Girls Clubs of Harford County.

No stranger to helping worthy causes, for over 30 years Vincent Lash & Co. has been one of the most respected and busiest appraisers of jewelry, silver, and clocks in the Maryland, Delaware and northern Virginia areas.

Despite setting the standard for professionalism, knowledge, and maintaining a strict policy of providing fiduciary appraisals not tainted by brokering, buying or selling—their rate for appraisals is an unheard of only $35 per item. During this fundraiser, for appraisals completed by August 12th, $10 per item will be donated to this worthy organization, but you must mention Chris Seling and/or the Kiss-a-Pig contest when you schedule.

To support this cause by scheduling an appraisal to be done at the Churchville office, contact Barbara Lash immediately at 410-734-7552, Barbara@VincentLash.com or visit http://www.VincentLash.com .
